Return Policy: Publishers do not refund us! The bulk cost of a reader is made up of the © costs. Publishers grant us permission to reprint for educational purposes only. We cannot sell leftovers to the general public. When we have left over readers, unlike textbooks we cannot return them to publishers (or our printer) and receive refunds. Obviously people drop, add, enrollments go over the limit and because of this we do overprint. It is difficult to always print an accurate amount, even with overprinting we run out. When we run out of original stock, re-orders are placed by students individually. We eat the cost of the printing when there are leftovers. How nice of us.
